I'm considering buying a pilot steering wheel but i'm not sure if it looks to ricey with that different pattern around the thumb area. Let me know your input on this. Yes I am on a budget. upgrading from a $15 APC wheel.

Looks pretty good to me but I can't tell where the thumb activated horn switches are in the pic. If you were to track the car that would be my only concern.

Looks OK but I think you'll want to change it as its what you will put up with rather than desire. I too have just upgraded my steering wheel due to my old wheel being to "Ricey". I had a Momo Apache 340mm which also impeded access.

I now have a Momo Millenium Sport 320mm. I thinks its modern, with the black classic look but not Ricey. It's also not as fancy as some of the billet specialities items!!!
