Hey guys,

I'm trying to figure out what to do with the grill on our mustang the stock plastic piece is good looking but not modern looking, and it also has square holes most mustangs have honeycomb style. So I think I'm gonna build a new grill for it and do it with a honeycomb mesh. It will end up being powder coated black. I need to find a shop that could cut me some honeycomb mesh and machine a piece of trim out of aluminum to go around the outside and to hold the mesh in, anybody no of a place?

I could be wrong, but I believe the honeycomb design is available as a type of expanded metal.

Pop on McMaster Carr's site and look there. Even if you don't buy from them, if you find it at least you know its available.

Thanks but I found a place that has sheets of aluminum mesh, now I just need to find a place that can machine the trim piece to hold the insert in and to dress it up, but I think there is a local shop that could do it.
