I just got my new wheels, now im in search for tires, Im set for the fronts but need some advice on the rears... they are 19x10... I really want a 305 series tire but i dont think its recommended on a 10 inch rim?? If I cant get the 305 I'll go with the 285... anyone here run a 305 on a 10 inch rim without any problems? do they bulge out? any pics would be great also

I say go for it! Some people might say that a 305 is too wide for a 10" wheel, but i've seen 9" wheels with a 295 and it looks and fits fine. I have 18x9 wheels with 275/40s and i am going to upgrade to a 285 when i need new tires. i think the average size tire for a 10" wheel is a 285. I'm sure others will chime in here and give their opinions as well.
You can fit up to a 315 on a 10 with no problem and you'll just have a nice bulge on the sidewall.

Im looking for a 305 but cant find many options with the 19's I have... I wanted a 35 series for the rear 305 but can only find a Nitto 30 series (I wanted a 35 series) and i wanted a 40 series for the front.. I dont know if I want to go 40 series in front and 30 series in the back seems like too much diffrence... any suggestions?
I know what you're saying and have had similar frustrations and it's simply because that's mostly a supercar size and they have little need for much sidewall with the exception of the Ford GT which ran a 315/40/19 which looks killer if your wheelwell can hold it. If you don't quite need that much, there's a nice BFG 295/35 that will get you really close to your height and width needs.
Here's a wheel/tire size calculator that is really handy for quickly comparing front and rear sizes but as a rule of thumb, be sure your front sidewall isn't bigger in inches not aspect ratio than your rears or the car will always look like it's going uphill.

Depending on your front width, the 40 series may be really close in sidewall height so don't instantly discount it because it's a taller aspect ratio.

Thanks for your help JayR, I appreciate it! Yeah I knew when i bought that I might get into problems with the 19's because theyre mostly on BMWS, Porches etc... but i knew what i was getting myself into and i wouldent have it any other way... anywho, the BF KDW looks good but its a bit more then I wanna spend...I might get the Nitto Invo but to get the 305/30/19 in the rears ill have to get the 35 series in the fronts otherwise the front tires will be taller, plus I dont feel too comfortable with 35 series in front... the other option is to get the Nitto's in 245/40/19 Fronts and 285/35/19 in the rears that sounds more comfortable to me.... BUT I want those big 305's LOL, anybody here running 30 series tires? would you? this will be driven almost everyday....
I hear you and as a designer and a wheel guy, I totally respect making certain concessions to nail the wheels and stance because it's the two most important things!

Hey thanks, yeah I was on that tire caculator for awhile before I pulled the trigger on my INVO tires... I figured out that if i got the 305's in the rears, i would have to get 35 series tire up front and I wanted 40 series... so I got 285/35/19 rears and 245/40/19 fronts and very happy with them
