CD player install in 66 Chevelle dash?
Has anyone done an aftermarket CD player install into a 66 or 67 chevelle dash, in the stock location?
I am eyeballing the stock location and am not sure if I just cut the size of the cd player, that I will be able to actually put a CD in it. The upper part of the chevelles dash would seem to interfere? I'm not even sure I could get the CD player to fit, as it seems it will be angled upward.
So I am looking for advisement/tech help on anyone with experience on this type of install. Did a plate adapter have to be used, etc...
