66 chevelle stock, If you had 18x7 and 18x8, what would be good bs if any and tire size?

You've got a ton of variables there, including brakes and ride height.
Those are somewhat conservative wheel sizes, so assuming you are also looking for conservative tire sizes, I'd recommend a 225 or 235 (probably 45 series) front and a 255 rear tire, 45 or 50 series. You could go as wide as 245 and 275 if you wanted to.
Backspacing is probably going to be around 4.75" up front and a little more in the rear, 5" or so.
