It relocates the upper control mounting location to improve camber gain during roll/bump as well as raise the front roll center.

You can find some good info on the Guldstrand modification, and I think a template on David Pozzi's webpage. Dennis basically nailed the description of it, though. I don't have the link handy, but just search his name and click on the link in his sig.
There are two ways to do the modification: drill new holes in the upper arm mount and then trim the mount as necessary, or cut the mount off and relocate it. I have done both. While the first method is easier, the second method looks better in my opinion. Here is a link to my site showing some pictures of the second method.

Paul worked at DSE until they decided to move, and as we have been friends since we were in the Air Force together I was able to con him into using his talents to come up with some new ideas for my Nova. Too often the real talent behind these projects goes unmentioned so I like to give credit where it is due.

You might be confusing him with the Paul Morgan who still works for DSE as far as I know.
