What kind of seats does everyone run in their cars? Coming from the off road arena, I used these seats in all my trucks. I have a broken neck, and I never had a pain after doing a road trip. I have heard people running the Sparco seats, and Hunsaker as well as Recaro's. What would you guys recommend?
Thanks

I think its mostly personal preference, but you should look into seats that will be able to support you, especially if you plan on taking any hard corners

It really depends on how you're going to drive the car. If you're goiing to be running auto cross or road race then I would think that any seat with good side bolstering is a must!

I think it would be more for road trips. I have a house in Tahoe, and a house in San Francisco, so a lot of trips back and forth.
Gotta be comfy so that my wife will come with me.

The best way is to try some on for size. Trying to find one that suits you and your wife may take a while, but in the end will make driving the car much more enjoyable.

A lot of the racing seat companies also make DD seats. It mostly depends on your budget.

I was at Gotelli's Speed Shop today in South San Francisco, they have Recaros on the show room floor that you can sit in and see if you fit, or how comfy they might be. They may have other brands, I didn't look that hard. There was about 10 different seats on display. Larry

I wish I would of upgraded my suspension before buying my NOS interior! Now passengers slide around on the bench seat with just a lap belt.

Thanks, I will have to swing by that place this week and sit in them seats. I plan on collecting all the parts before I start the build on my ride. Gotta do the legwork first.
