Help with Holley Stealth Ram and intake filter

I'm putting a Holley Stealth Ram in my '68 Camaro and need a way to put a filter on it. The throttle body is ovalized so although i could fab something up i think i need to buy at least one rubberized-type oval connection point.

Ideally i'd like something that flows a lot of air like a K&N type filter, and i'll redirect it to someplace with cold air acess. Possible to the battery box area since the battery has been relocated to trunk.

Are you looking for just a filter or an adapter?

K&N makes a filter with an oval mount that will mount directly to the TB. I'm doing that right now but I only discovered to late that it rubs slightly on the underside of the hood.

You can get an adapter based on the 1LE GM setup.

The elbow right off the throttlebody is from an '88-'89 Trans Am into the stock TPI MAF, then I have a 3" coupler from the plumbing section at Home Depot, and the large 3" elbow is made from gray electrical PVC, then sprayed semi-gloss black to match the engine bay. I have a large 8" K&N cone right on the end behind the headlight.

The electrical PVC works great because it has the smooth bend; plumbing PVC doesn't work as well.

I've forgotten what John used for a throttle body connector, but it was silly simple if I remember correctly. If interested I'll find out.

The rest is made of 4" flexible dryer ducting and an elbow.

Also in person it looks a lot better than that pic. I liked his set up.
