skipping the story and going right to the stupidity...i removed the torque converter lockup valve from my 200r4. unfortunately it popperd out and the springs went flying. so, how do they go back in? is it one inside the other, above the valve?
does the valve go in narrow side down?
and there's a disc that goes below the valve and holds it in. the disc has a hole in it that perfectly matches the narrow beveled end of the valve, but it's off center. are they supposed to mate up or...?
if my trans doesn't go into lockup, and it's not the power/ground signal, pressure switch or the solenoid, what do i test and how?
thanks
