flush mount door handle

Has anybody incorporated a flush mount door handle(say off a newer camaro or firebird) onto a camaro or nova? Thinking this may be something different to do? Any pics would be great.

That door handle is almost half way down the door, to me that doesn't look right at all.

I agree, first pic seems to place it high, last pic seems to be down the door. Maybe just the angle but it does look goofy!

Comp-Spec is there a lot of work to this once the handle is welded in to ge the handle to work ? How much dow you think it would be to have done?

It's probably a big block with one of those tpi units made from a tunnel ram base. They're pretty tall.

It's not that bad, you have to make a rod to go from the handle to the latch.
You can rough in both handles in a day
