I am installing my 05 gto seats and I have a wiring questions. I have 3 wires I got the the main power and the other is a ground. The seats move in all the correct positions. I have one wire left and think it is for the entry option that moves the seat all the way to the front. Would this get power ? anyone else wired these up ?
Thanks

See if you can rule out heated seats as well...
My 06 Jetta has heated seats that I may put in my 68.
Just a thought. Not sure if pontiac has heated seats or not at this stage.

The GTO didn't have heated seats unless they were added later.

They are not heated seats, there is a button on the side of the seat at the top where the lever is to fold the seat forward. This button has arrows on it for forward and back. So I am guessing that one of the control boxes for the power seats had some form of logic in it that once this button was pushed it would move the seat to it's forward limit, then when pushed again it goes to the rear. I will probably just try to run 12 volts to the last wire and see what happens.

Although I did not hook up the easy-entry feature (if it would even work), when I was wiring mine, I simply used a jumper box to test the operation. I'd simply give that one wire 12v power from a jumper box and see if it works.

I am building a 39 ford coupe, and I just picked up a set of GTO electric buckets. Can someone tell me how to wire them.?Or what wires to use.?

There's a set of wires coming out that has a red and black wire. I got some small clips and hooked the red to power and the black to a ground and all the power controls worked fine.
