6'3 and it looks like the roof of the building is limiting the height you can raise the vehicles, but hey no biggie that is definitely is better then nothing :)
glad to see you got things worked out Nick. sounds to me like you've got everything back on track.

hang in there Nick, life throws us some curves to see if we can handle...(yeah, pun intended)
Looks like a good place for your project, room to work and a lift....hang out pad above to bench race...sounds cool.

Finally some pictures, back on a table for some chassis improvements. CAD has been helping me with that, and I'll be ordering some steel and parts real soon. Here are a few pics to hold you over.

You may want to re-enforce the rack mounts, but overall I like it.

I've been following this from the beginning, I thought it was ballsy to build a frame from scratch , but it's REALLY ballsy to tear up your work to make it even more better!
yes, I said 'more better'. or MO' BETTA'
I like it.

Dude, your truck is awesome. I love the attention to detail. High quality!!! I got an old S-10 that is back halfed with 2 x 4 box tubing, but I am going to redo when I get some time and build the entire chassis. What did you use for your jig? 3 x 3 x .120 wall box? No leveling screws?

The rack mounts are sufficient, 3/8" thick steel will be plenty strong, and integrated with no weld seam.

4x4x.120 wall. I haven't put my leveling feet on it yet, but it is leveled and shimmed

Well I finally put the order in for these. And they are everything I hoped and dreamed for. Before I post I wanted to again thank Tarrant at Wilwood Engineering, he was awesome to work with and a great guy, helped me out a ton. Also thanks to FastBrakes in TX; however he wasn't able to help with my custom hats he spent a year trying.

Looking good. On that trans mount you might consider putting it above those tabs on the frame rather than below if it would still be easily removable with the truck assembled. That way if the bolts ever work their way loose the trans can't tilt downward.

I did think about that Traven, and considered it
GMracer

Chassis done, minus small brackets. But the rear is complete. Disregard the lower link bars. I used old bushings and angle iron as temporary lower bars to allow travel and location.
I get about 7.5" of lift out back limited by the shock alone
Bags sit up inside the frame now, better design and leaves more room for the exhaust coming over the axle.
The recess in the frame shaped like the upper link mount is to allow added clearance for the upper link bolt.
