Im looking for some rims for my mini tubbed 68 camaro. The quarter lips will be cut down and have rod welded in in order to gain another 1/2". Car has DSE tubs. When I measure I have over 14" from the tub to the quarter well.

Can I run 335/35/18s on a 13" wide?

I went with the Budnik "Cobalt" more for cost savings. I couldn't find a 18x12 or 18x13's for under a grand each. I ended up paying $970 each for the Cobalt's. I ordered 18x13 for the rear and have my 335_30ZR18 Michelin PS2. If I had the money I would have went for the Forgeline's they have some nice looking rims

18 X 13s may cause some issues as the 13" rims will make the tires wider. We use 12s, What brand are you looking for?

A 13" wide wheel is going to be 14" wide outside to outside!

Wow I didnt know that. I guess I need to order some 12's since they will end up being 13s

Sam,
How do your 13's fit? Any rubbing?

I guess I should have asked the question before ordering. I ordered like 2 weeks ago. 8-10 week delivery on custom rims. I will have to let you know if they fit in about 8 more weeks.:banghead: I sure can't wait to see them though. It's killing me already. I already planned on rolling the lip. But, I wonder if that will be enough. Here is my thread about ordering them. https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42303

Done a lot of mini tubbed camaro's, we can help you with what fits, and help you achieve the 'right' look. Check out www.driverzinc.com for more wheel styles. 18x12's certainly are the more popular route, and with shortening your rear end down, you can get that nice deep appearance too.

Some sort of a 5 star look with either a split or solid spoke. I like polished rims.

Rushforth super spoke, Budnik M5s, intro twisted blades, etc.
