For the life of me I can't remember what these clips and parts are for on my '68 Camaro. I think #4 might go on the parking brake pedal for the parking brake light?
Help!

I think you're right on #4.
#3 looks like the clips used to hold the top of the door windlace in place.
I don't remember about the others, but #1 looks kinda odd.

I wonder how it goes? I played with it for a while and can't figure out how it fits.

2 - Holds lower windshield trim (covers cowl/windshield)
3 - Carl is right. Connects the upper windlace and slides into the felt on the rear quarter window

#1 covers the wiring harness as it runs down the steering column. It goes on the underneith side of the column under the adaptor that bolts the column to the studs under the dash. If you have the column out of the car you will easily see what I am saying, if you have put the column back in the car and it is bolted up....then in order to install it you must unbolt the three nuts from the (3) 3/8" studs and remove the (4) 5/16" bolts from the column adaptor so it can be removed. There will be for slots to put each corner tab into to hold it in.
