How about rolling the fender lip in about 1/4" to 1/2" ?

My car is lowered a fair bit and doesn't rub. To do this, I needed to realign with 1* negative camber and remove the inner fender bolts at the top.

Helpful note, instead of removing the upper fender bolts you could replace them with rounded button head allen bolts. these are not only low profile but are also smooth so that if it does rub it will not hurt your tire

Right! Actually, that's what I did once I confirmed the clearance was OK.
