      ssbc quick change worth it?

      hey guys.
i´m thinking about swapping my stock front disk to the ssbc quick change caliper kit and the drum rear onto a disk kit. is the front kit worth the money i´m gonna spend on it? or should i go with another big brake kit. btw 69 camaro with a 468.........

      thanks,
      pat

being in Austria, I recommend getting a complete kit from someone and not piecing one together.

Touring Classics is a board sponsor and offers a very nice kit that is priced well, there are other board sponsors who also offer complete kits.

i was talking about the whole ssbc package front and back but i thought that i don´t need a whole kit front if i could just put the quick change calipers on. so that´s the reason why i was asking if it´s even worth over the stock disks.......

does your camaro have a single piston caliper up front? If so, see if SSBC has a 2+ piston caliper upgrade for your car. I would do that and do the rotor up grade. Most people that do the swap say its a noticeable improvement. I myself MAY go with SSBC for my regal, or baer just dont know which one yet. Budget is in mind tho.
