      Glue for package tray?

I want to glue some vinyl fabric to the rear package tray, last time i used the 3m spray glue you get at an artists supply house. The material did not stay adhered, this time I want to do it and be done with it.

What should I use? Staples would look a little tacky..

Use some thin velcro or just use some 2 sided window tape, both will work and not to bad to remove if you ever have to.

I assume you want to glue the material to the package tray "board".
I just did my headliner with the contact cement everyone recommends.
I got it at Home Depot. A quart was $7. We glued the headliner material to sale panel "boards" and it stuck really well. You could use a pizza roller to get it flat. Get 3 sets of hands as once you lay it on, it's on for good. Have 2 guys hold the outer corners and someone else start in the middle pressing the material down.
The cement is made by DAP.
