Just purchased some ADR black w/ machined lip staggered 20 inch rims. The fr are 8.5 and rr are 9.5 with +15 offset on rears..
Questions what tire size do u recommend? Also plan on using 2 dropped spindles in front.....

a 245 up front and a 285-295 in the rear that would look awsome..

I'd suggest 255 or 265 up front if they are available in the tires that you're looking at ... those 68 - 72 cars have huge fenderwells. I had 255/60R15 on the front of my 72 back in the day.
cheers

I havent purchased tires yet, just wanted to mock fit them. Thinking about 265/35/20 front and 285/35/20 rears..

Don't use drop spindles, do your homework and you'll see why...

From what I read I should be okay. I purchased a disc brake upgrade kit with larger rotors and tall spindles. i think the issue you speak about is in regards using b-body spindles. however thanks for the heads up.My cutlass wont perform as well as you guys, i have no plans to take it out to a track just drive it hard on the weekends and maybe a couple of days to work..

Drop spindles blow the geometry out the window, regardless if you're at the track or going to the quicky mart. Scrub radius for one. Why bother? Use tall spindles and vary the ride hieght/drop with springs, the correct way to do it, AND it's cheaper.

I do believe what I have is called tall spindles but the lower the car 2 inches. Once I get home I will check the data sheets. I bought this set last year and it's still in the box.
