I have looked around and can't seem to find what I am looking for... I am hoping someone can help me locate a console gauge cluster for my 67 Camaro...

I have a 67 Camaro w/ Manual Transmission. It has a center console that houses 3 stock gauges. I am looking for a piece that will fit where the 3 stock gauges are currently housed. Either a 3 or 4 gauge housing would be fine.

I have also thought about cutting open the current stock 3 gauge housing and placing autometer gauges in there. I am not very confident in doing this because I have been known to "hack" stuff up too much and then the housing will be toast.

I don't want to mount the gauges on the center where the stereo is located. Looking for console cluster gauge mounting options. I have seen a piece for a 68 Camaro, but not a 67. The 67s are different.

Thoughts?? Suggestions??

You can mount your 2 1/16" gauges using these rings from autometer http://www.autometer.com/cat_mountsdetail.aspx?vid=98&sid=54&mid=11&pg=0 The rings will fit in the factory gauge holes and you will be able to angle them towards you.

Here is the factory 67 console with 3 gauges. There is several on ebay. (Don't hack the factory piece up, because it brings good money!)

Another option is to use Classic Instrument gauges. http://www.classicinstruments.com/index.aspx?documentID=camaro

Wow... You are not kidding... The factory piece does bring good money...

I am kinda at a loss... The factory gauge console houses 3 gauges, but two of the gauges serve two purposes. Even if I slapped in 3 autometer gauges I am only going to get 3 things - Probably Temp, Oil Pressure, and Fuel Level.

Not sure if I want to stick with all stock gauges or go with all Autometer. I like the look of the stock gauges, but then again I like the clear visable readability of the Autometers... Tough Choice!

I am curious... Does anyone have pictures of the stock 67 console gauge cluster with Autometer gauges mounted using the tilt rings?
