Could you tell me what size exactly is the full diameter of a 20" rim (including outside edge)?

In millimeter if possible, but inches are ok too (it should be around 21.5").

With the "soft lip" or "fat lip" design (as shown), the overall outer diameter is 21.52 on the particular one I measured which equals I believe 546.6mm.
