View Full Version : New wheels / tires coming soon 66 Cutlass

I will be going on Power Tour this year. I wanted to have a new motor built to have a little get up and go and I don't have time or the money to finish it in by then. Over the last year I have collected 90% of what I am adding and far and suspension and brakes. All I need is tires and wheels.
Tire size size not in stone yet but I am leaning toward 18 10"s and 8"s I'm going to pull the body off the frame fully detail it and install all my parts. For now the 330 will stay and just get a rattle can rebuild and a few gaskets.

Here is the wheel I am 99% sure on but I will paint them like the Photoshop pic below. Its an Intro wheel that I will be painted like my photoshop version but with a slightly darker color.

I agree with you I like the bottom version better. Perhaps you could change it a bit and rather than a paint color you could go with black chrome on the sides of the spokes.

I had always wanted the Intro Vistas for the GTO, but I must say those are just as sweet. The photoshopped version look a bit like a tribute to the Pontiac Rally II, with the gray accents. Awesome.

It does a little. I also think it will loosly resembles Hurst wheels. I thought I wanted Wheel Vintiques billet SS1's but after coming up with this idea I think I like it better.
