4L60E tranny

I ahve a 95 Chevy Suburban 1500 4X4, and a 94 GMC 1500 4X4. One has a 4L60e and the other has a 4L60. Will the electronic shifter work on the manual shifting tranny? If so how and what do I need to make it work. thanks.
