rear disk brake offset on 69

I have a PT 69 camaro and it currently has rear drum brakes. The Boyd's wheels I put on it are really really close to the inner fender wells. Will switching to rear disks make the rims stick out a little more than what i have now? I need about a 1/2 inch on each side to give me the clearance Im looking for.

By switching to disks you will add about 1/4 inch to each side, so yes it will push your wheels out about 1/4 inch from where they are now.....atleast that's my understanding.

I really hope it works out. My brakes are on the way now.
