What is a good offset to use on a 67' camaro to make the rims flush or close to flush with the fender line? Im probally going to use a 9.5 or a 10 inch wide rim. Also, is there extreme benefits from getting rid of leaf sprins for a 4 link set up like martz engineering or dse quadralink?

Not to be rude, but there is a ton of info on this site on these subjects. The search function is your friend.

As a quick answer to your question, an 8" front wheel with 4.75" backspacing and a 9.5" wheel with 5.5" backspacing are the proper fit for 1st gen cars and are about as big as you can go without major modifications.
