I bought my rear seat cover through www.automotiveinteriors.com and just finished installing it today. Cost was right around $200 shipped.
They're made to slip over your old seating material, or, if you take the old material off, you need to replace it with new foam to make up the difference.
I was trying to match my front Rally 1000 seats and while this material isn't perfect, its close enough at the moment.
My rear seat as-is:

And after the new vinyl:

I just sent out my rear seats to have them covered to match my Corbeau GTS fronts. I had to buy 4 yards of fabric from Corbeau @ $39/yard and $300 labor. I am having some custom foam work done too which boosted up the price a bit.
My seat was finished last week. I'm happy with it although we couldn't do the foam work we had planned. I don't post up much here but due to the weather in the mid-west, I have not been motivated to get out the garage and do much this winter. Typically I'd rather learn how to do things by screwing it up a few times before I get it right. However, this one I didn't have the time to figure it out. So, I elected to have some work farmed out for lack of skills on my end. I contacted Michael Russell (aka mrpontiac80 on TransAm Country.com) and he agreed to make and install custom covers for my rear seat in the same material as my Corbeau GTS front seats. I also had him recover some replacement headrests as I could not stand the ones that came with the seats. I supplied him with the material directly from Corbeau. With little more than a barrage of emails, one phone call and a sketch of what I wanted, I'm pretty happy with the result. It was done exactly on time and exactly on budget. If you are considering interior work, definately consider Michael.
The back seat and side panels are just laid in place for now as I still need a headliner but I wanted to post up Michael's work. I'm reminded how dark a black cloth interior is. The pics could be better as it's so dark you cannot see to take pictures and the flash kinda' messes with the textures making the colors look a little off but they aren't. Once I get everything done I'll get some better pics posted.
