You can use 98-02 Camaro/Firebird brakes.
Very easy swap. Not too bad price wise if you keep your eyes open. I picked up a complete rear set set for $200.
You will need the backing plate parking brake assembly, cables, calipers and rotors. You will need a 1/8" spacer to go between the backing plate and rear end housing. OR cut that section out of your old drum backing plate.
15" rims will not work.
You can use the earlier stuff but the calipers are prone to leaking.

I hadn't heard about the 1/8" spacer. Is that with all the LSx era Camaro rear disk setups going on pretty much anything?

you have to use the spacer to center the caliper bracket with the rotor

Does this upgrade require longer wheel studs as well?

It is a good idea... the rotors are quite a bit thicker then the drum... and aluminum wheels have a bigger seat then original steelies as well.

Have you been over to Team Camaro yet and done a search?
I have 1988 'Vette 13" front rotors w/ big 1/4" wider single piston calipers on homemade brackets on 2-piece hubs and disc brake forged spindles on the front and the rear has 1989 Camaro 11.75" rear rotors w/ 1980 Cad. Seville e-brake calipers on homemade brackets on my 12-bolt.
It's my CHEAP, "pdqCBB" setup!
And it take's 17" rims....
