17x9 or 18x9 on front of 65 mustang

using the stock style front suspension on a 65 mustang how do you fit a wheel that wide... i have seen it done but havent personally talked to anyone whos done it. any help is appreciated

Don't think it's going to happen. The upper control arms get in the way. 8" will be about it from what I understand.
