I have a narrower than stock width 9" rearend. I just measured for my wheels using a wheelrite tool and it looks like an 18x9 wheel with a 3.75" bs will center the wheel in the wells.
Has anyone seen a 9" wheel with only 3.75" BS? I want a deep dish, but not too much dish.

That is going to make a 4 1/2 lip or so, which will look HOTT! What kind of wheels are you doing? Welded 2 piece? 3 peice? A negative offset wheel will work on the wheel bearings a bit, but not to bad at this offset. Big 3.15 Ford bearings would help.

Just thought of something, How wide is your rear axle flange to axle flange, Where the wheel meets the brake drum / rotor? 57 1/2"?

Hi Frank-
Yes, it is exactly 57.5". How did you know? It is a Ford 9" (big bearing). Did you think of something in particular?
I am planning on Budnik Fontana's, fat lip, black powder coat centers, brushed lip.

Oh, I don;t know, I might have done one or two of these, LOL!
Actually I was able to back into your rear end width based on your backspacing. I have done so many and have some many notes..........
You will be fine with that backspace. If you need any help let me know.

That's perfect being that Budnik's MIN backspace is 3.75" with a 1" mounting pad. Those will look hot.
