      285/295--18 pic please

i got my 18's in yesterday and im ready for rubbers . anyone got a pic of a 1st gen running 295 or 285 rear tire? i need some rollers right now so does anyone know if either of these size could be found as a take-off? also what aspect ratio would look right and give a "smooth" ride? BTW here is a pic of my wheel.

I'd recommend a 295/35/18 since it will be closer to the original exterior diameter, although a higher side wall ratio would probably give you a "softer" ride but very minimal difference if any.

its on a 70 z28 but here is a 255/40-18 and 295/40-18 rear. clears no problem. keep in mind the suspension is in full drop. they tuck under the body about 1/2 inch.

Please post up some pics when you get your wheels on the car. I have been looking at the Stern wheels and others like it (AZA, ASA, and ADR)

That would be great. I would really like to see what they look like on a 67 or 68 Camaro. What are you running for brakes? Have had a chance to check for clearance issues?

my car has a bunch of different parts around the shop waiting on me to time enough to put them on. brakes will be LS1 but they are not on yet. as far as clearence, with the proper spacers, i dont think i will have any issues. my wheels are in the box still.(much like most of my other parts.) they do look real cool in the boxes though.

Nice wheels. What brand are they and what are the sizes? Did you have any issues with the front cap? I am looking at the ADR, AZA and ASA wheels and am trying to figure out what will fit over the front hubs without modifying the wheel. I don't care if the hub protrudes through, just that the wheel can fit.
