What are you guys doing for all the extra lights when installing a Covan's dash panel? Like turn signals, high beam indicator, parking brake, etc.

I remember seeing a kit a few years ago, but it's not on Covan's site.

I used ones like these, the 5/32" or 3mm ones (size at Radio shack) http://www.detroitspeed.com/productpages/indproduct/electricalprod/leds_prod.htm . I used green ones for the turn signals, an amber one for the check engine light and a blue one for the high beam light. You can get the red and green ones at your local radio shack (or other local electronic parts store). You can hook 12v directly to them and they are easy to wire (+ and -). BTW, if you so use the blue one, put it low and not in your direct view because that thing is BRIGHT! They are easy to see during the day or at night and won't blind you (except for blue).

Thats exactly what I did. Went to radioshack and picked up two red leds for the turn signals and one green led for the high beams. Piece of cake. Just make sure that they have a built in resistor.

Sweet, I never thought of that. I've also got a spare gauge cluster for my 88 BMW, so I may just take it apart and use the little signal arrows and stuff from that. It may not look right though, so we'll see.

I've got a kit I sell. It has 4 leds (2 green, 1 blue, and 1 red) $25.00 + shipping. PM me for info.
