Where to mount my 2 5/8 gauges

i cant figue out where to put my 4 or 5 2 5/8 gauges on my 68 camaro. i allready know that im putting the 2 5/8 inch gauges in the stock dash but where do i put the other gauges since i will have a cd player and i want to keep the vents for the heater. I want somehting cool looking, not just some backet holding in some gauges.

hmm i would have to think you would have to use that area and mount the cd player in the glove box or something..

The locations I've seen are:

*bottom of dash, below ash tray - Have seen both sheet metal type mounts which you don't want, and full pods/integration into the console/trans tunnel, which might work for you.
*fabricate a new trim pannel and put in place of stereo, ash tray, vent, etc
*Guage pod in the center console in front of the shifter
*A pillar
*bottom of dash, either side of steering column
*Corvans type dash

I have mine in the center, made a new section and still have the radio. I lost the ashtray and moved the heater controls to the center console. Here's some pics....
