Stuck in gear..

Hi

I have a 67 firebird, with a Super T-10. Sometimes when I'm pulling hard in second, the car gets stuck in gear. After a little while pulling the stick, I can get it in neutral. The trans has a hurst shifter. Any ideas what's wrong ?

bad clutch pedal linkage? or bad syncros in the tranny? Honestly, i'm at a loss... makes me wonder why i responded... LOL, sorry i'm not much help.

Clutch is working perfectly

Make sure that the shifter is adjusted properly. There is a pin that goes into all the levers in the neutral position. All the rods should be adjusted with the pin installed and the shift levers in the neutral position.

Had a similar problem with a 3speed. The shifter was not adjusted correctly.
