I just installed a 800 series box from Lee's. I'm thinking about replacing the factory rag joint with a high perfromance one from them. Do you get the enitire rag joint assembly? or do you cut apart your stock rag joint and replace the disc? Anything else I should know about the swap? This is in an 02 S-10 by the way.

The only wear part is the disc. It can easily be replaced.

Jeremy,
The splines on the input shaft of the box you bought are different than that on your stock gear box so a new rag-joint is needed.
We offer this style box alone or with the necessary rag-joint (coupler) and adapter fittings that enable you to use your existing steering hoses for older cars.

The GM 600 Box is slightly lighter than other power steering boxes and is available in several different ratios for optimal steering performance depending on the vehicle; 12:1, 14:1, and 16:1 ratios are available for this steering box.
Unfortunately, WE DO NOT sell the rag-joint seperately.

Look under the suspension category.

I'm running the 800 box, so I don't need the conversion rag joint, just a stock replacement. Judging by that conversion one, it looks like they give you the enitre assembly.
