I went to New Orleans this weekend and picked up my dream car. It's in sad shape, but that's why I'm here to bring it back to life. It took a heck on a lick from Katrina. But the price was unbeatable.

So now I am the proud owner of a 1967 Mercury Cougar. It's rough but it's a place to start. It's got a lot of surface rust and sat under water for 3 weeks. So I need help figurin out the best way to remove all the rust possible. Any ideas?

+1 For the Chemical dip.

Welcome to the site, I love those cars. You should make an XR-7 clone but with a pro-touring treatment.
