Many have used the 120mm bolt circle Bimmer wheels, yes. You just need to be careful when putting them on to ensure all the lugs seat properly. The difference is only 0.65mm or 0.0255" between 120mm and 4.75".

The 04-06 GTOs use a Bimmer pattern and some of them have used 4 3/4 pattern F body wheels for drag tires.
