Torque converter question

Hi guys,
I would like to know what torque converter came with my truck back in 1970. Where do I find this information? The truck is a stock 350ci with a turbo 350.

OEM, '69-'79 they were all the same. For a Chev V8 to Chev THM 350 car or truck. Same stall, same bolt pattern, same everything.
