Without being an owner of a Chevelle it's REALLY hard to tell what part of the fender that is. Is that a high-stress area? Or is it a headlight bucket trim hole?
I'm no body guy, but if you find all the fractures you can drill the end of them to keep them from traveling further. Then weld everything together. I wonder if you can weld a washer to the backside to further strengthen the hole...but if you can find a better fender and have the dough, get a better one and save some time.
Good luck,

not sure what parts were looking at as well. I'm guessing a wheelwell bolt hole on a fender and I'm not sure what the other one is. If there is no other major damage, that thing can be saved for sure. Just clean-strip the area around the crack and weld her up. I like the idea of the washer welded to the backside though.

Looks like a fender/ inner fender to me. It can be saved. Drill a hole at the end of the crack like Tony said, AND make sure you get the two sides of the crack flush with each other (don't lap it) before it gets welded.

You have to work with what you can get. If you feel you are capable of fixing these parts now, get them. Otherwise, you have to wait who knows how long for better fenders. And that is if any are out there.
