I asked the same question on lateral-g.net and Chevelles.com, a member from Chevelles.com asked sc&c and got this response:
The `69 gets it`s stance from a combination of our Street Comp Stage 2-Plus package and Hotchkis springs. In that pic it still has a stock swaybar in front and no rear bar. I`m told he was doing close to 90mph in that pic. It`s got 245-45-17 in the front and 315-35-17 in the rear. AFAIK all he did was measure the backspacing (if memory serves he used 5" BS) very carefully and roll the rear fender lip. He`s since upgraded the swaybars and shocks etc. If you have any other questions I`ll do my best to answer em.'70 Chevelle SS396 -- L34 M21
