I have the worst luck with lug nuts and wheel studs.
I don't know what it is about them but they always seem to be my downfall. I have easily had at least 20 seize on my since I have owned the car. Now another one just did it. I even chased the threads this time to make sure they were good. Now I have to take apart my discs again for the 3rd time and install new studs, once/if I can get this one off the wheel.
