9.5" wide wheel on an 85 Regal??

trying to find out if i will beable to run a 9.5 wheel out back of my 85 regal. Will i have to mini tub it at all? i can roll the fender lip, but will that give me enough room? would like to run a 275 out back.

Man... you know you got enough fender well to put two NYC yellowpages in between the wheel and the fender! jk! 9.5 isn't hellahuge. It would depend on your offset and distance between the strut and the inner tire/rim.

It should just fit. I have 10" wheels on mine and I can tuck with a 1" frame notch. You might have to roll the lip.

My wheel is 10.3" from lip to lip on the rear with a 275 on it without a minitub.

well i want to buy bmw wheels "m parallel wheels" and its either 18x8 all around or 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear. i want to run a 275 rear and maybe like a 235 or 245 up front.

would it be possible to mount a 275 on an 18x8 wheel?? someone mentioned it on another forum.

275 on an 18x8? Yeah, you can mount it, but it's gonna look like a donut and the ride is gonna feel squishy from too much lateral motion (tire larger than the wheel width). 245 should be the maximum, and it will give you clearance and will allow the wheels to stand out and won't have that unecessary lateral motion. Just my 2 cents, bro.

17X9.5 with 5" backspacing here & it fits without mini tubing, it is close, but have not had any rubbing.
