Most shops have the sockets for removing those locks, or any rounded off lug nut. They are kind of like easy-outs for nuts.

Try these guys the tools they have are tough and will do the trick for those and stripped lugs too. worth every penny spent if you dont like any local shops.

If you can remove the center cap and put visegrips securely on it and see if it'll move, as long as the the lugs aren't over torqued it should come off. A cold chisel and a hammer starting at 10 o'clock will also work taking your time.

your better off bringing it to a shop and have them impact off like Darrin suggested. if you wack em off wrong, say bye bye to them rims.

tighten the **** out of the other lugs so that the lock will be a lil looser. then use a chisel and try to turn it. worked for me.

Another trick is get a buddy to weld a nut on the top of the ock and then remove it with regular socket.
I used card board over the lock when we do this and just wet it down before welding, also jack car up so slag and sparks wont melt tire.
