torq thrust on a 68 camaro with a mini tub, what size

I just got my wilwoods, next step is wheels and tires. I am going to mini tub the back, so what size wheels and tires should i get.
18x10 all around, will that fit? And what is the deal with offsets?

I ran 17x11 Torque Trust IIs out back with a 6" offset and mini-tubs. Seems to fill up the wheelwells nicely.

Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention - I don't have a stock rear end but a Currie HD 9" so make sure to check your measurements.
