Vintage Wheel Works - When are the 18" wheels comming?

Does anyone have any idea when the 18" wheels are comming out from Vintage Wheel Works. A friend and I are getting a truck ready for a board meet and would like to know if he can get the wheels before the meet or if he should go with another company.
