Checking to see who may have any first gen Camaro rear frames (coupe first I guess) they are willing to sell. We would like to develop a custom rear seat - something that looks more like buckets - and need a frame for a starting point. We will look locally as well but thanks in advance for any help or direction you can point us in.

I just purchased 21st century street machine frame rails. I am planning on using Chris Alston g-bar 4 link rear suspension. You might want to look at both of them.

They are talking about the actual back seat.

Thanks Rick. I will first try to find something available to buy in case we find it easier to have a frame that can be separated into sections if need be.

I'll send you mine if you install do the labor on the rear cover for free :)

You can use it as long as you need, I'll buy the cover from you and just send it back ready to install when you are finished.

Already bought a frame but may not get back to this project for a while. Too many irons in the fire at once!

Yeah interested in this too. I think there would be a market for something like this, especially if it was compatible with mini-tubbing and Morris Classics new 3 point seat belts for the rear seats.
