      Jeg's sport seat mounting

I just got Jeg’s sport seats for my car. First off I am diggin’ the seats themselves. They are very comfortable and supportive and made very well. I need some ideas on installing them. The sliders are about 2” short for the stock mounts. I’m guessing to weld some channel iron to them but are there any other options?

Cool those are the same as the Sumit sport seats. Are the sliders 2 inches short front to back or side to side.
Nothing says "I built this" better than tool marks and dykem blue..

front to back. i picked up some 1/4" x 1 1/2" flat bar aluminum. cut them at 16 1/4 and drilled some holes and they fit perfect. you'll need to take out the carpet and the padding where the bar sits to get it as low as poss.
