is it cheaper to buy a kit from a aftermarket brake site.
Or is there a cheaper method using a newer car (corvette)
anything anyone can provide will be of help. Pic would be great.
thanks again.

I just installed a touring classics hybrid front kit and a kore 3 kit on the back of my 68 Camaro. I bought the rear as a kit, and built the front from different sources. By the time you chase all the parts down it would be just as cheap to buy a kit.

I agree with Mike. I did the chasing down of parts myself and I should have just saved the hassle and bought a kit.
There are many different brake vendors here with alot of different kits to look at and see what you want.

Good Luck

If you can live with 2" drop spindles I have everything you would need. It all has about 1000 miles one it. I am running them on my 73 Nova right now. They have 11 inch rotors and 4 piston calipers from a 1LE Camaro. 400.00 plus shipping for everything.

Maybe interested. Would I have to use a different master cylinder than the manual one from the drums on it now?

Here is what I did...

Front - total cost ~$1100
ATS Spindles
c5 corvette rotors, calipers and abutements

Rear - Total cost ~$500
Brp Bracket - $40
Brp Shock Relocation Kit - $150
Ls1 setup off of ebay - $150
Rotors, pads - $150

For about the cost of CPP setup I netted a set of ATS spindles and I have a parking break. I now need to get a 69 stingray manual master (~$25) and all new lines (~$250) and I will be completely done for about 2K total and have awesome stopping power.

Note -

because you have a 67 camaro you don't have to get the shock relocation kit which will save you another $150
