Where is the location of the nuts that hold the pad on, and how many.

There are total of 7 studs/nuts on the 67 dash pad. The outside studs are about 2 1/2" from the edges, after that the are equally spaced.
It is easy to remove the nuts after you take out the glove box linner, the speedo/tach cluster and the radio. I have never tried taking one off without removing the above listed first.
