17x9.5" 6"BS on 69 Camaro?

Is anybody running 17x9.5" rear wheels with 6" BS with 275/40/17 tires on a non-tubbed 1969 Camaro? I am trying to find out if this combo will fit without any lip modification.

6" BS on the rear will not work. It will hit/rub on the inner fenderwell. I am running a 17x9.5" rear wheels with 5.5" BS with 275/40/17

i was running 5.5 inch bs on my 69 camaro and worked good-- 6 inch will not work
