44? Doesn't matter what we think! We don't have to drive or be seen in it. My .02, I think that wheel pattern is classic and you can't go wrong with it. I say go for it if your on a budget. Definetly great bang for your buck!

You might want to look at BMW take-offs, I think they would be a bolt on. Do a search on here for BMW wheels and you should turn up a few posts concerning this being done on first and second gen F-bodies.

I think one of the aftermarket wheel places actually make some in a chevy bolt pattern. Here check out this place http://www.replicawheels.com/

I think they will look fine as long as you change the center cap.

You might as well consider some Coys wheels since they kinda look the same as the Mustang's..
good luck

that's why i'm considering this option at about 1/2 the price.
I think they'd be decent, but I also feel a better wheel for my tastes could be had for similar money. :)
In other words, I wouldn't knock ya for getting them. ;) Definitely change the center-caps....hopefully that is a no-brainer!

I like them and have seen them available in 5 x 4 3/4 bolt pattern with offsets to fit as well. Avoid the spacers if you can, although I have used them with success, and change or make a olds style center cap.

Why don't you decide what you like rather than try to get approval from people on the internet. :fingersx:

If you already knew what you wanted, why bother asking us?
If you were not looking for approval, why ask what we thought?
If you want to be banned quickly, just keep up the smart ass comments.
Personally I like the look. Similar to the old school Cragar S/S wheels, which I have seen a take off of here at SEMA. They were 20" with redline tires. cool look. Be careful about backspacing and clearance issues using them on an A-body though.

well i still have alot of time to figure it out...
don't like the idea of adapters, but had an opportunity at a set of em like i described for next to nothing, so my thoughts were going :drive2:
i'll probably stick with my original plan for coys or BMW wheels though.
For the record, I think you guys are wrong for blasting 442 guy when it's AONGHUS who was the ass to begin with.
ya know, I can show you 10 different rims that I really like, but I don't really have an eye to say that they'd look good on a specific car.
Same goes for house colors or furniture or kitchen rebuilding. I can show you a bunch of stuff I like, but I suck at knowing what "goes together".

We have already edited post 2 here, you just did not see it. It set the tone for the thread and started the :enguard:
Then after another negative comment in post 14, we said something, for the record.:secret:
