I already have some Eastwood Rust Encapsulator because I've used it before and it seems to be good stuff. I also have some DP90 epoxy primer.

I'm wondering if I should put down some DP90 onto scuffed, original floorpans and then put the Eastwood over the top of that.........and later some Lizard Skin / Dynamat.

The other option would be to just scuff up the floors and put the Eastwood Rust Encapsulator down WITHOUT the DP90.

I'd rather not waste the DP90 if the Eastwood stuff is good enough. (I don't get much rain inside the car :) )

I think the Rust Encapsulator is designed to go on to rusty areas or bare metal.
I painted the inside of my car with Rustoleum. Then put Peel-N-Seal down(Lowes = $14/role). I think it is better then Dynamat. Now I am doing the bottom outside with SEM truck bedliner(Oreilly's and it's tintable).
